Dear Valued Precision Midwest Customer,

Pursuant to the “Shelter in Place” mandate issued by the Governor of Illinois, Precision Midwest will be closed until April 7th due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus).  

We will not be accepting any new service requests until the “Shelter in Place” is lifted.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but these are unprecedented circumstances.   If you need assistance please call your salesperson or leave a message at 630-657-1960 and someone will get back to you.

Our team is certified* on a wide variety of equipment that we service right in our Plainifield, IL Service Center. We strive to exceed customer satisfaction before, during, and after each and every service.

Our main goal is to get your instrument back to you as quickly as possible. Our typical turnaround time is about 48 hours, depending on the service needed and current service queue. To get a more accurate turn around time, please give us a call and we can update you on our current workload.
